Volunteering at BASC
Our club runs on the passion and commitment of volunteers. Every gala, every club night and every PB achieved is supported by people who give a little of their time to help our swimmers thrive. From Coaches and Teachers to Committee Members, Team Managers and Officials, this shared effort is what keeps BASC moving forward – and we’d love more parents, carers and swimmers to be part of it.
Why we need volunteers
Like all amateur swimming clubs, we rely on volunteers for every part of what we do – from Committee roles and Teaching & Coaching, to Team Managers and the Officials who help run our competitions. Without this shared support, we simply couldn’t offer the training, events and opportunities our swimmers enjoy.
Even volunteering just a little time each season makes a meaningful difference to the whole club.
