Our club uses Swim Manager, an easy-to-use online system that helps us manage all aspects of club administration in one place. Through your personal Swim Manager account, you can update swimmer information, enter meets, make payments, check personal bests (PBs), and stay informed about club news and events.

Swim Manager streamlines how we communicate and organise club activities. It allows parents and swimmers to:

Keep details up to date – Manage personal, medical, and emergency contact information securely in one place.

Enter meets online – View upcoming meets and gala events, check eligibility, and submit entries with just a few clicks.

Track progress – View your swimmer’s PBs, including both short course (25m) and long course (50m) times and conversions.

Stay informed – Receive emails and messages from the club directly through your Swim Manager account, so you never miss important updates.

Make payments easily – Pay for squad fees, meet entries, and club items such as swim hats or kit online.

Volunteer and support – Sign up for volunteer roles and see where help is needed at club events.
Once your swimmer has joined the club, you will receive an email invitation to log in to Swim Manager.
